We try source the best local produce available from grass fed beef, free range chicken and pork, fresh not frozen. We support local farmers as much as we can. Many people ask us how we get the espetada to taste so good, which results in love at first Espetada. We trim and spice our meats and chicken prior to grilling to ensure we deliver the tastiest, healthiest meal possible. We prepare our own sides and bake our own Bolo do Caco ( Portuguese sweet potato stone Bread), leaving nothing to chance, ensuring the authenticity of our food.

Many say it’s the garlic infused rub we put on prior to flame grilling, others say it’s the magic of the bay leaf and the heat of the spices. We agree it’s a combination of it all, with a pinch of love and Southern hospitality thrown in.
